EFT cancellation policies are set by
the individual franchise in agreement with Jazzercise
Corporate policies and procedures. Early Termination Fees
are assessed if you cancel prior to the end of your
agreement timeframe. See
FEES
1) As is stated on the EFT Agreement Form, all cancellations must be requested in writing via the red forms at the desk of class used for this purpose. All cancellations must be submitted by the 15th of the month prior to the effective month, to be valid for the month thereafter. 2) A cancel/hold red form was attached to your original EFT paperwork, or you can come into class during class times and request an additional form. 3) Email and phone calls are not eligible methods of cancellation. 4) To cancel without a red form, please put in writing your intention to cancel, with your full first and last name that was used on the account that was being drawn from for the EFT process. 5) You may either drop your cancellation notice off at the desk of any scheduled NBCC location classes, or you may mail to:

HOLD Your EFT Account
1) The only EFT accounts that are allowed to hold are
accounts on the 12 month option plan.
2) All holds must be requested in writing via the red
forms at the desk of class used for this purpose. A
cancel/hold red form was attached to your original EFT
paperwork, or you can come into class during class times
and request an additional form.
3) Holds can only be processed for months in the future,
NOT past months. We will not hold clients who come to us
and request a current hold for past absences.
4) Holds extend the length of the client EFT option
dates. A requested hold of three months, will extend
three months to the end of the plan agreement.
5) All holds must be submitted by the 15th of the month prior to the effective month, to be valid for the month thereafter. 6) The EFT account on hold will automatically resume after the last hold month.
7) You may either drop your HOLD notice off at the desk of
any scheduled NBCC location classes, or you may mail to:

Occasional crossovers are possible with the EFT Pass only. See the
Crossover
Policy. ● EFT Class fees are
automatically deducted from your checking account, on or about the first business day of each month.
● Joining Fees are
non-refundable, and are not applicable toward class pass fees. Joining Fees only
need to be paid once, and will never need to be paid again, as long as the
client maintains an active class pass. Allowing your pass to expire or
cancelling your pass, will subject you to an additional Joining Fee upon
re-registration. ● Some health insurance companies reimburse for participating regularly in an exercise program. Check with your health insurance provider for details.
